Felicia is a legal practitioner with a strong academic foundation and a growing interest in Corporate and Commercial Law. She obtained her LL.B with Second Class Upper Division from Lagos State University (LASU) and completed her legal training at the Nigerian Law School, Lagos Campus, where she was also awarded a Second-Class Upper Division.

Her core practice areas and interests lie in key areas of Corporate and Commercial Law in Nigeria, including Company Law and Corporate Governance, Capital Markets, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), Banking and Finance, Fintech Regulation, Intellectual Property, Commercial Contracts, and Taxation. Felicia is passionate about supporting businesses and institutions with sound legal guidance across transactional and regulatory matters.
