Adeola Oyinlade Nominees is a limited liability company registered at the Corporate Affairs Commission (\u201cCAC\u201d) in Nigeria. Adeola Oyinlade Nominees Limited (Adonol) provide support and advisory on matters relating to business establishment in Nigeria and carries out incorporation of companies at the CAC. Adeola Oyinlade Nominees Limited (Adonol) also assists new companies in Nigeria with foreign participation to obtaining foreign investment approvals, and permits statutorily required for commencement of businesses including registration with the Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission, business permit and expatriates\u2019 quotas with the Ministry of Interior.<\/p>\n
