class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8fd9\u53ef\u4ee5\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u901a\u8fc7\u5916\u56fd\u5b50\u516c\u53f8\u8d5a\u94b1\u7684\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u62e5\u6709\u6295\u8d44\u3001\u8d5a\u53d6\u7684\u6536\u5165\u6216\u5728\u6d77\u5916\u65c5\u884c\u65f6\u83b7\u5f97\u7684\u8d44\u91d1\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u3002\u5728\u5c3c\u65e5\u5229\u4e9a\u7684\u5916\u56fd\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u9700\u8981\u4fdd\u8bc1\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u8d44\u91d1\u53ef\u4ee5\u968f\u65f6\u8f7b\u677e\u6c47\u56de\u672c\u56fd\u3002\u672c\u6587\u5c06\u4e3a\u5bfb\u6c42\u5c06\u8d44\u91d1\u6c47\u56de\u5c3c\u65e5\u5229\u4e9a\u7684\u5916\u56fd\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u63d0\u4f9b\u5e2e\u52a9\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u5c3c\u65e5\u5229\u4e9a\u8d44\u91d1\u6c47\u56de\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6846\u67b6<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u5916\u6c47\uff08\u76d1\u7763\u548c\u6742\u9879\u89c4\u5b9a\uff09\u6cd5\u300b\uff1a<\/strong> \u8be5\u6cd5\u5bf9\u5c3c\u65e5\u5229\u4e9a\u7684\u5916\u6c47\u4ea4\u6613\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u89c4\u8303\uff0c\u5e76\u6982\u8ff0\u4e86\u8d44\u91d1\u6c47\u56de\u7684\u7a0b\u5e8f\u3002\u5b83\u786e\u4fdd\u5916\u56fd\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u5728\u9075\u5b88\u65e2\u5b9a\u51c6\u5219\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u81ea\u7531\u8f6c\u79fb\u5176\u8d44\u672c\u548c\u5229\u6da6\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u5c3c\u65e5\u5229\u4e9a\u6295\u8d44\u4fc3\u8fdb\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u6cd5\u300b\uff1a <\/strong>\u5c3c\u65e5\u5229\u4e9a\u6295\u8d44\u4fc3\u8fdb\u548c\u4fdd\u62a4\u6cd5\u300b\u4fc3\u8fdb\u548c\u4fdd\u62a4\u5728\u5c3c\u65e5\u5229\u4e9a\u7684\u5916\u56fd\u6295\u8d44\u3002\u5b83\u4fdd\u969c\u5916\u56fd\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u5c06\u5176\u8d44\u672c\u548c\u5229\u6da6\u6c47\u56de\u672c\u56fd\u7684\u6743\u5229\uff0c\u589e\u5f3a\u4e86\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u7684\u4fe1\u5fc3\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u5c3c\u65e5\u5229\u4e9a\u4e2d\u592e\u94f6\u884c\uff08CBN\uff09\u6761\u4f8b\uff1a <\/strong>\u4e2d\u592e\u94f6\u884c\u8d1f\u8d23\u76d1\u7763\u5916\u6c47\u5e02\u573a\u5e76\u76d1\u7ba1\u8d44\u91d1\u6c47\u56de\u7a0b\u5e8f\u3002\u5b83\u5236\u5b9a\u4e86\u94f6\u884c\u5728\u5904\u7406\u8d44\u672c\u5916\u6d41\u7533\u8bf7\u65f6\u5fc5\u987b\u9075\u5b88\u7684\u51c6\u5219\uff0c\u786e\u4fdd\u9075\u5b88\u8d27\u5e01\u653f\u7b56\u548c\u5916\u6c47\u7ba1\u5236\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u5916\u56fd\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u4ece\u5c3c\u65e5\u5229\u4e9a\u6c47\u56de\u8d44\u91d1\u7684\u7a0b\u5e8f<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5e0c\u671b\u4ece\u5c3c\u65e5\u5229\u4e9a\u6c47\u56de\u8d44\u672c\u548c\u5229\u6da6\u7684\u5916\u56fd\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u5fc5\u987b\u9075\u5b88\u5c3c\u65e5\u5229\u4e9a\u6cd5\u5f8b\u89c4\u5b9a\u7684\u7279\u5b9a\u7a0b\u5e8f\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4e0b\u9762\u662f\u8be6\u7ec6\u7684\u6d41\u7a0b\u6982\u8ff0\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u83b7\u5f97\u8d44\u672c\u8fdb\u53e3\u8bc1\u660e (CCI)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CCI \u662f\u7531\u6388\u6743\u7ecf\u9500\u5546\uff08\u901a\u5e38\u662f\u5c3c\u65e5\u5229\u4e9a\u5546\u4e1a\u94f6\u884c\uff09\u4ee3\u8868\u5c3c\u65e5\u5229\u4e9a\u4e2d\u592e\u94f6\u884c\u7b7e\u53d1\u7684\u6587\u4ef6\u3002\u5b83\u662f\u5916\u56fd\u8d44\u672c\u8fdb\u5165\u5c3c\u65e5\u5229\u4e9a\u8fdb\u884c\u6295\u8d44\u7684\u8bc1\u660e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u83b7\u5f97 CCI \u7684\u8981\u6c42<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u8d44\u672c\u6d41\u5165\uff1a<\/strong> \u8d44\u672c\u5fc5\u987b\u4ee5\u73b0\u91d1\u3001\u503a\u52a1\u3001\u80a1\u6743\u6216\u8d27\u7269\u7684\u5f62\u5f0f\u8f93\u5165\u5c3c\u65e5\u5229\u4e9a\u3002\u8fd9\u5305\u62ec\u73b0\u91d1\u6295\u8d44\u3001\u8d37\u6b3e\u3001\u8d2d\u4e70\u8bbe\u5907\u6216\u539f\u6750\u6599\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u6388\u6743\u7ecf\u9500\u5546\uff1a<\/strong> CCI \u5fc5\u987b\u4ece\u6388\u6743\u4ea4\u6613\u5546\uff08\u5373\u5728\u5c3c\u65e5\u5229\u4e9a\u8fd0\u8425\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u94f6\u884c\uff09\u5904\u83b7\u5f97\u3002\u94f6\u884c\u5fc5\u987b\u5728\u8d44\u672c\u6d41\u5165\u540e 24 \u5c0f\u65f6\u5185\u7b7e\u53d1 CCI\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u6587\u4ef6\uff1a<\/strong> \u83b7\u5f97 CCI \u9700\u8981\u4ee5\u4e0b\u6587\u4ef6\uff1a<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u7533\u8bf7\u51fd\uff1a\u53d1\u653e CCI \u7684\u6b63\u5f0f\u7533\u8bf7\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u8463\u4e8b\u4f1a\u51b3\u8bae\uff1a\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u8463\u4e8b\u4f1a\u6388\u6743\u6295\u8d44\u7684\u51b3\u8bae\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u516c\u53f8\u6ce8\u518c\u8bc1\u4e66\uff1a\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u5728\u5c3c\u65e5\u5229\u4e9a\u6ce8\u518c\u7684\u8bc1\u660e\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u8d44\u672c\u8fdb\u53e3\u8bc1\u636e\uff1a\u8fd9\u53ef\u4ee5\u662f\u7535\u6c47\u6536\u636e\u3001\u94f6\u884c\u5bf9\u8d26\u5355\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u8bc1\u660e\u8d44\u672c\u88ab\u5e26\u5165\u5c3c\u65e5\u5229\u4e9a\u7684\u8bc1\u636e\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u5411\u4e2d\u592e\u94f6\u884c\u5907\u6848\uff1a <\/strong>\u6388\u6743\u7ecf\u9500\u5546\u5fc5\u987b\u5728\u53d1\u51fa CCI \u540e 48 \u5c0f\u65f6\u5185\u5411\u5c3c\u65e5\u5229\u4e9a\u4e2d\u592e\u94f6\u884c\u63d0\u4ea4\u62a5\u8868\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u8d44\u672c\u8fdb\u53e3\u7535\u5b50\u8bc1\u4e66\uff08e-CCI\uff09\uff1a <\/strong>\u4e3a\u7b80\u5316\u8d44\u672c\u8fdb\u53e3\u548c\u6c47\u56de\u7a0b\u5e8f\uff0c\u4e2d\u592e\u94f6\u884c\u63a8\u51fa\u4e86\u7535\u5b50\u8d44\u672c\u6ce8\u518c\u8bc1\u4e66\uff08e-CCIs\uff09\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7535\u5b50\u8bc1\u4e66\u901a\u8fc7\u5728\u7ebf\u5e73\u53f0\u8fdb\u884c\u7ba1\u7406\uff0c\u964d\u4f4e\u4e86\u6587\u4ef6\u4e22\u5931\u6216\u9519\u653e\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4e00\u65e6\u83b7\u5f97 CCI\uff0c\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u7740\u624b\u5c06\u8d44\u91d1\u6c47\u56de\u672c\u56fd\u3002\u8fd9\u4e00\u8fc7\u7a0b\u5305\u62ec<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u7a0e\u52a1\u5408\u89c4\uff1a<\/strong> \u786e\u4fdd\u652f\u4ed8\u6240\u6709\u9002\u7528\u7a0e\u6b3e\uff08\u5982\u80a1\u606f\u9884\u6263\u7a0e\uff09\u3002\u5229\u6da6\u6c47\u56de\u672c\u56fd\u53ef\u80fd\u9700\u8981\u5b8c\u7a0e\u8bc1\u660e\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u7533\u8bf7\u9063\u8fd4\uff1a<\/strong> \u548c\u4efb\u4f55\u5176\u4ed6\u6240\u9700\u6587\u4ef6\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u8d27\u5e01\u5151\u6362\uff1a<\/strong> \u53ea\u8981\u6295\u8d44\u6709 CCI \u8bc1\u660e\u6587\u4ef6\uff0c\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u4efb\u4f55\u53ef\u5151\u6362\u8d27\u5e01\u6c47\u56de\u672c\u56fd\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4ee5\u4e0b\u4eba\u5458\u53ef\u4ee5\u987a\u5229\u9063\u8fd4\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u53ef\u5f52\u5c5e\u4e8e\u6295\u8d44\u7684\u80a1\u606f\u3001\u79df\u91d1\u3001\u7279\u8bb8\u6743\u4f7f\u7528\u8d39\u3001\u5229\u6da6\uff08\u7a0e\u540e\u51c0\u989d\uff09\u3002\u80a1\u606f\u652f\u4ed8\u9700\u9884\u6263\u7a0e\u6b3e 10% \u4f5c\u4e3a\u6700\u7ec8\u7a0e\u6b3e\uff08\u6761\u7ea6\u56fd\u7684\u5408\u683c\u6536\u6b3e\u4eba\u9700\u9884\u6263\u7a0e\u6b3e 7.5%\uff09\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u652f\u4ed8\u56fd\u5916\u8d37\u6b3e\u7684\u5229\u606f\u548c\u672c\u91d1\u3002\u5c06\u80a1\u606f\u548c\u5229\u606f\u6c47\u51fa\u56fd\u5916\u9700\u8981\u5b8c\u7a0e\u8bc1\u660e\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u4f01\u4e1a\u51fa\u552e\u6216\u6e05\u7b97\u65f6\u7684\u6536\u76ca\u6c47\u4ed8\uff08\u6263\u9664\u7a0e\u6b3e\uff09\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u4e49\u52a1\uff0c\u6216\u6295\u8d44\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u6743\u76ca\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u4ee5\u80a1\u606f\u5f62\u5f0f\u5206\u914d\u7684\u5229\u6da6\u6ca1\u6709\u9650\u5236\uff0c\u53ea\u8981\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5229\u6da6\u6765\u81ea\u5229\u6da6\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u8d44\u672c\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u6ca1\u6709\u5408\u7406\u7684\u7406\u7531\u76f8\u4fe1\u516c\u53f8\u5728\u652f\u4ed8\u80a1\u606f\u540e\u5df2\u7ecf\u6216\u5c06\u4f1a\u7834\u4ea7\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6b65\u9aa4\u5982\u4e0b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6280\u672f\u534f\u8bae\u5fc5\u987b\u5728\u56fd\u5bb6\u6280\u672f\u83b7\u53d6\u548c\u63a8\u5e7f\u529e\u516c\u5ba4\uff08NOTAP\uff09\u6ce8\u518c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u5728 NOTAP \u6ce8\u518c\u4e34\u65f6\u534f\u8bae\u7684\u8981\u6c42<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul
