class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5fc5\u987b\u8bf4\u660e\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u6bcf\u79cd\u4ea7\u54c1\u90fd\u5e94\u63d0\u4ea4\u5355\u72ec\u7684\u7533\u8bf7\u8868\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u6587\u4ef6<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5fc5\u987b\u5728 NAPAMS \u95e8\u6237\u7f51\u7ad9\u4e0a\u4e0a\u4f20\u4ee5\u4e0b\u6587\u4ef6\u3002\u6210\u529f\u63d0\u4ea4\u540e\uff0c\u5c06\u5e94\u8981\u6c42\u51fa\u793a\u4e0b\u5217\u6240\u6709\u6587\u4ef6\u7684\u539f\u4ef6\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol style=\"list-style-type:upper-roman\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u7533\u8bf7\u4fe1\u8bf7\u5bc4\u7ed9\u603b\u5e72\u4e8b\uff08NAFDAC\uff09\uff0c Attention\uff1a\u5730\u5740\uff1aDirector, Drug Registration &amp; Regulatory Affairs Directorate, Ground Floor, NAFDAC Office Complex, Oshodi- Apapa, Express Way, Isolo, Lagos State\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u516c\u8bc1\u58f0\u660e\u3002\u7531\u58f0\u660e\u4eba\u586b\u5199\uff08\u6253\u5b57\uff09\u3001\u7b7e\u540d\u5e76\u7531\u5c3c\u65e5\u5229\u4e9a\u516c\u8bc1\u5904\u516c\u8bc1\uff08\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u8fdb\u53e3\u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\uff09\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u59d4\u6258\u4e66\u6216\u5408\u540c\u751f\u4ea7\u534f\u8bae\u3002\u4ee3\u8868\u5c3c\u65e5\u5229\u4e9a\u5883\u5916\u5236\u9020\u5546\u63d0\u51fa\u7533\u8bf7\u7684\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u5fc5\u987b\u63d0\u4ea4\u5236\u9020\u5546\u51fa\u5177\u7684\u6388\u6743\u4e66\u8bc1\u660e\uff0c\u6388\u6743\u4e66\u5e94\u6388\u6743\u5176\u4ee3\u8868\u59d4\u6258\u4eba\u5c31\u4e0e\u59d4\u6258\u4eba\u4e13\u4e1a\u6709\u5173\u7684\u6240\u6709\u4e8b\u9879\u53d1\u8868\u610f\u89c1\u3002\u59d4\u6258\u4e66\u5e94\u5305\u542b\u4ee5\u4e0b\u5185\u5bb9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u7531\u4ea7\u54c1\u5236\u9020\u5546\u7b7e\u53d1\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u7531\u516c\u53f8\u8463\u4e8b\u603b\u7ecf\u7406\u3001\u603b\u7ecf\u7406\u3001\u8463\u4e8b\u957f\u6216\u603b\u88c1\u7b7e\u7f72\uff0c\u8bf4\u660e\u8981\u6ce8\u518c\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\u540d\u79f0\u3002\u6388\u6743\u4e66\u4e0a\u8fd8\u5e94\u6ce8\u660e \"\u5411\u56fd\u5bb6\u98df\u54c1\u4e0e\u836f\u7269\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\u6ce8\u518c\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u6388\u6743\"\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u8bf4\u660e\u54c1\u724c\u540d\u79f0\/\u5546\u6807\u7684\u6240\u6709\u6743\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u7531\u751f\u4ea7\u56fd\u516c\u8bc1\u4eba\u516c\u8bc1\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u6709\u6548\u671f\u81f3\u5c11\u4e94\uff085\uff09\u5e74\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u5408\u540c\u751f\u4ea7\u534f\u8bae\uff1a\u63d0\u4ea4\u7533\u8bf7\u7684\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u662f\u54c1\u724c\/\u5546\u6807\u7684\u6240\u6709\u8005\uff0c\u5e94\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e00\u4efd\u5408\u540c\u5236\u9020\u534f\u8bae\uff0c\u8be5\u534f\u8bae\u5e94\u7531\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u548c\u5236\u9020\u5546\u7b7e\u7f72\u3002\u8be5\u534f\u8bae\u5e94\u7531\u751f\u4ea7\u56fd\u7684\u516c\u8bc1\u5904\u516c\u8bc1\uff0c\u5e76\u7531\u53cc\u65b9\u7b7e\u7f72\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5e94\u6ce8\u660e\u7b7e\u7f72\u4eba\u7684\u59d3\u540d\u548c\u540d\u79f0\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u6240\u6709\u5f85\u6ce8\u518c\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u540d\u79f0\uff0c\u5e76\u4ee5\u660e\u786e\u65e0\u8bef\u7684\u8bed\u8a00\u6e05\u695a\u8bf4\u660e\u5176\u4ed6\u76f8\u5173\u6761\u6b3e\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u751f\u4ea7\u548c\u81ea\u7531\u9500\u552e\u8bc1\u4e66\uff08\u8fdb\u53e3\u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\uff09\u3002\u5236\u9020\u5546\u5fc5\u987b\u51fa\u793a\u8bc1\u636e\uff0c\u8bc1\u660e\u516c\u53f8\u5df2\u83b7\u5f97\u751f\u4ea7\u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\u7684\u8bb8\u53ef\uff0c\u4e14\u4ea7\u54c1\u9500\u552e\u4e0d\u8fdd\u53cd\u8be5\u56fd\u6cd5\u5f8b\uff0c\u5373\u81ea\u7531\u9500\u552e\u8bc1\u4e66\uff08\u751f\u4ea7\u548c\u81ea\u7531\u9500\u552e\u8bc1\u4e66\uff09\u3002\u81ea\u7531\u9500\u552e\u8bc1\u4e66\u5e94<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u7531\u751f\u4ea7\u56fd\u76f8\u5173\u536b\u751f\/\u76d1\u7ba1\u673a\u6784\u9881\u53d1<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u6ce8\u660e\u5236\u9020\u5546\u540d\u79f0\u548c\u8981\u6ce8\u518c\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\u540d\u79f0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u7531\u5c3c\u65e5\u5229\u4e9a\u9a7b\u539f\u7c4d\u56fd\u5927\u4f7f\u9986\u6216\u9ad8\u7ea7\u4e13\u5458\u516c\u7f72\u8ba4\u8bc1\u3002\u5728\u6ca1\u6709\u5c3c\u65e5\u5229\u4e9a\u5927\u4f7f\u9986\u7684\u56fd\u5bb6\uff0c\u4efb\u4f55\u82f1\u8054\u90a6\u6216\u897f\u975e\u56fd\u5bb6\u7ecf\u6d4e\u5171\u540c\u4f53\u56fd\u5bb6\u5747\u53ef\u8ba4\u8bc1\u6587\u4ef6\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u7efc\u5408\u5206\u6790\u8bc1\u4e66\u3002\u5206\u6790\u8bc1\u4e66\u5fc5\u987b\u4ee5\u6837\u54c1\u8fdb\u884c\u6d4b\u8bd5\/\u8bc4\u4f30\u7684\u8d28\u91cf\u63a7\u5236\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u7684\u4fe1\u7b3a\u4e3a\u62ac\u5934\uff0c\u9664\u4e0b
